How to use the system

• You can access the system from File Transfer in the main menu or click here to load the page.
• It is best to compress your job if uploading more than a single file and it helps to keep the file integrity.
• A progress bar will show the progress of the upload
• When the upload is complete, you will need to fill out a File Upload Notification form in the File Transfer menu. This will help to associate your file to your job.
• Java is required to use the system. Java is free for both mac and pc computers.
• If you do not have java installed you will need to download and install this for the software to run. If you are on a network with user restrictions, you may need an administrator to install the java software.
